Refund conditions
Hi Jim!
I commented earlier about the beta for the Mini3 - that I bought the Mini 3 Pro after the SDK was released, along with the chance to do decent waypoint missions with a 3rd party app.
I also had to buy an Android phone for it and paid an additional 50$ for the beta.
And now after many months the app unfortunately still doesn't work.
I now have a 250$ Android device and a 50$ app that is completely useless for me and always crashes after a few minutes of use.
You then commented that there was still the "refund" option.
It was with a heavy heart that I decided to use this option - although I would gladly return as soon as the app was halfway usable.
And now I get the answer that a refund is only possible in the first 14 days. I had the feeling that you would not insist on the 14-day period, at least with regard to the beta. Did I get that wrong?
BR,
Tim

We point people to the refund page in general, but that doesn’t mean we check each user on the forums and whether or not their account still qualifies for a refund. Additionally, we have less patience for people buying the beta for the sole purpose of getting access to pre-release features, which is what the How to join the beta article explicitly warns people not to do:

Having said all of that, it appears there may be a light at the end of the tunnel: https://support.dronelink.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/16409496589331?page=7#comments
Get the pix4 app, it works great, the only problem is you'll follow up, but if it has a lita version you don't need it. But the cost is higher, around €50 per month. For mini 3 pro
