A complaint re what is included in plans

Hi - hopefully someone at Dronelink will see this and respond....

I have just signed up to the premium plan as it gives me all I currently need. 

However, the quality of the included maps in my location in the UK is appalling, and therefore pretty much renders it useless for doing anything for which it is intended.....

Having searched on here, I see that the recommended work around for this is to import the area for your project into Dronelink via Google Earth. OK, its a faff but if it means I could actually use Dronelink, I would be prepared to put the effort in.  

Then I realised, importing from Google Earth is only available in the Elite plan! This is double the price of premium, and I don't need any of the other features in that plan bar this. 

It seems somewhat unfair of Dronelink to restrict access to their own suggested work around to make the product useable....Right now, I have paid for something I cant use - purely due to this restriction!

I would be very happy with the product if the ability to import were added to the premium plan 

I would love to hear feedback on this from Dronelink staff
