DL app doesn’t control the transmission between the drone and controller. That all works the same as with the DJI Fly app. So whatever range you get will be the same.
Here is a link to their pricing structure for Hobbyist plans which are only for recreational use. If using for commercial purposes you will need a professional business plan. Also a download link for getting the correct DL app for your A2S. Enjoy.
