360 Pano Speed

HighRes LLC
The capture speed for 360 or spherical panos could be optimized. I recognize the method for capturing spherical panos changes between apps, but there's like a 2 minute difference between a dronelink spherical and a stock spherical for an M3E. It's certainly not a massive deal, but a small ask since I use it once every cell tower and enjoy going full speed, all day.

Are there any particular parts of the pano that you think can be sped up or you are just saying every part?

Just in general. It's not as "snappy" and high speed as compared to DJI's method.

There are quite a few factors at play:

    1. DJI's method runs onboard and will always have a speed advantage because of this
    2. The M3E is based on DJI's MSDKV5, and YawControlMode.ANGLE is currently not working in their API for VirtualStickFlightControlParam.setYawControlMode. This means we have to use, YawControlMode.ANGULAR_VELOCITY, and we have to command a relatively slower velocity when rotating the aircraft to a given heading so as to not overshoot (since the telemetry latency is 100ms).
    3. The Pano component is a generic component that is designed to work consistently across a wide array of drones, including drones like the Mini series that don't have a mechanical shutter (much more susceptible to motion blur)

Ah okay. Rather complicated. Alrighty then, I accept it the way it is then haha
