If you enable real-time adjustments during the setup, you can just use the left stick to yaw the drone around to 180?
I did select the option where you can select speed etc. Is there another option? I set direction & speed. But when I manually yaw the dronenit resets back to original POI automatically. Maybe there's a button I am not seeing? It would be great if you could take a screenshot if this setting. Many thanks Jim
Hey Andrew! If you select the orbit mode from the on-the-fly menu, steps 3 and 4 allows you to enable real-time adjustments (see screenshots). From there, as the drone is orbiting you can hold the left stick to adjust the yaw to your desired heading as Jim said. Let me know if this works for you or if you have any other questions.
Thank you for the screen shots Nicolas. I have seen the customised advanced settings screen in my app, but not the next screen. I will test again to confirm, but do not recall seeing the real time adjustments screen. One occasion was the Dronelink DJI beta app for Mini 3 but also have tried the Dronelink app with Mini 2. Like I said, I will test again and report my findings. Thanks all.
I just tried this and when I turned the drone facing outward it just turned back facing inwards. Do you need to start with it facing outwards or start normal orbit facing inward and then turn it around?
