Dear DroneLink team,
I hope this message finds you all well. I am writing to report a problem I have been facing when trying to use DroneLink with my Phantom 4 Standard Drone. I recently purchased the application license and am looking forward to taking advantage of all its features, however, I have encountered significant difficulties.
When trying to connect DroneLink to my Phantom 4 Standard, I keep getting the following error:
"Unable to Take Control
Cannot execute in the current mode. For products and flight controller firmware version that support 'F' mode (e.g. Phantom 3 Professional, Inspire 1, A3 with flight controller firmware versions lower than 3.2.10.0, etc), please make sure the remote controller's mode switch is in 'F' mode. For the others, please make sure the remote controller's mode switch is in 'P' mode. (code: -5000)"
I would like to point out that my Phantom 4 Standard Drone does not present any problems. It flies normally using the DJI GO software and was even sent for evaluation by two DJI technicians, who did not find any hardware or firmware problems that could be causing this error.
I'm really excited to start using DroneLink in conjunction with my drone and make the most of its features. However, this error has been a significant obstacle. How can I go about resolving this issue? Is there any guidance or update that can be applied to ensure my Phantom 4 Standard is compatible with DroneLink?
Thank you in advance for your attention and assistance in resolving this issue. I am available to provide any additional information that may be necessary to diagnose and resolve this issue.

It appears to be related to the app activation failure message. From the DJI SDK, this is what it means:
What needs to be done? as there is no update from DJI.
Not really sure as we don't actively test this drone. You probably need to contact DJI support. If you need a refund:
