Using Neuralangelo for photogrammetry

Hi, I am planning to do an experiment using Neuralangelo for photogrammetry of a small outdoor farm using a drone.  To do that, I need a short video using a flight plan something like this:


This looks like two rotations around a half-dome, with varying heights and a gimble orientation that's always pointing at the center of the dome.  Can I make a flight plan like this using standard tools?  If not, is there a script available that I could use to do this?
