DJI Mini 3 Pro - 4G Dongle Signal Not Showing in DroneLink?

I own a DJI Mini 3 Pro drone and in an effort to fly without being limited by the range of the remote controller’s signal, I purchased DJI's 4G Dongle. When using the DJI Fly APP, it works perfectly fine and I can see the 4G signal icon. However, when I switch over to DroneLink, I can't seem to find the 4G signal indicator icon.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is it that DroneLink does not support the 4G Dongle feature or is it a limitation with DJI's SDK? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    4g dongle not yet supported? without the enhance transmission , dronelink is not very useful in taking large area orbit and 3d mapping

    I agree. We have a dronelink subscription but we are not using it as much anymore because it doesnt support 4g dongle :(
