Trying to add a mini 2

Hi all,

I've just tried adding a mini 2 and I'm getting a message to upgrade my account which is currently premium any help appreciated as it's been a loooooooooonnnnnnnnggggggg day.

    Hi David. Not sure what you mean by adding your drone. The DL app is not drone specific and there is no function to add any drone which is supported. Once connected the drone is recognized. Are you sure your using the current DL native app from the Apple or Google Play store. Are you logged in with the correct user name and password which you used when you paid for ? If still not working I’d suggest emailing them for account issues as you may have the incorrect login user name and/or password.

    Just occurred to me the problem may be that I'm running the mini 3 beta, will be back shortly..........

    The app works the same so no matter which version, device or drone when logging in. Both the Mini 3’s are in Beta so that’s the correct version. Only way to use the (no Beta) production version is to use the DJI RC Pro controller. Not cheap…

    Installed the shop version of the app which seems to have worked, now all I need is another phone.

    Sorry, I miss read your post and thought I saw Mini 3. That’s my bad. Anyway, regardless of production or Beta version they will both work. Not sure why the Beta didn’t work unless it was incorrect version for your drone. Pilots choice.
