If I'm correct it means, that app might be not compatible? If so is there any way to solve it? Maybe previous version? Or it simply will not work?
Suggest getting a more recently released device and not a cheap one. Which drone & controller as it may make a difference as well.

Seriously? I mean I don't care how much is worth this phone, this reply was totally trash.
At first it don't explains the reason why this app might not work. Second of all link that You provided brings nothing new, because hardware requirements describes that mobile device should have at least android 5 or above.
I understand, that my device might be not compatible, but please provide serious answer that I could learn from it and maybe buy phone, that this app will support outside of only few models, that is on website. Maybe less offensive responses more technical specific?
The reason the app is crashing is explained in the link I posted (before Mike’s response). Mike is a valued member of this community and has helped many people with their problems and your attitude is not welcome in these forums. You may want to consider leaving the beta and / or requesting a refund: https://www.dronelink.com/refund
It's not the case, that you are describing. Mike put link to device requirements that sais only about version of android and not explaining reason, why it not work.
Jim, in your link I didn't find specific answer is my hardware is not compatible. So I asked polite question. Tell me is my device not supported, or I can do anything to make it work? Please don't send next link to conversation, but provide exploration in simple short words
You are using the beta.
The thread I linked is the conversation about why the beta is unstable.
It has nothing to do with your device.
Thank you. I am aware that I tried to install beta and it might not be stable. But I have identicall isue with dronelink app from Google play store. It should work all right with mavic 2 zoom, but it also crashes without any notification. It might be a bug?
If you are running the app from Google Play (not beta) then I agree with Mike, it sounds like the device can't handle Dronelink: https://www.dronelink.com/refund
