ADD mission as my template

Armands Zarins

Hi

How can I configure the app in mapping mission building so that when I press the + ADD button, the mission will be start with the flight parameters of my choice. Not 87 meters altitude (too high) and not 32.2 km/h (too fast).

Thank you.

You can create your own component with your prefered parameters.
Then recall the same each time you need one, and modify some parameters at your convinience.

Here's a couple of ways to achieve what you need

Thanks guys for your ideas. But I asked a little something else. It is about whether it is possible to change the settings for the mission that appears after simply pressing the +ADD button. I regularly measure the gipsum quarry with some 9-11 air raids (batteries) and I can make a mistake and leave the default one. Usually i do this by duplicating each subsequent mission. But how convenient would it be if the +ADD button put a mission with my "good old sizes"..

There is no way to change the default values when adding any new component. Also you don’t need to change a component then duplicate it every time. As Stéphane mentioned any map, path, orbit etc, can be save as a component which can then be added into any plan from your Repo. You can create as many map components as you want with different settings for your situation. This way you can add any one of them into a plan which is already set up the way you want it.Also just select create and go to Component and build it as you want. A a couple ways to do it. Either way will save it as a component. Hope that helps.

    Thank you very much.
That's exactly what I wanted to know.

Before I used Pix4DCapture + Android tablet, because that app allowed me to put an orthophoto  of the previous measurement as background, which is important to regulary measure a quarry, but my tablet "goes old" and did tricks, and now I use an iOS tablet and Mavic2 Pro with much better communication.
