Since the Dronelink app supports flying offline, would that allow DJI drones to still be flown under the proposed Countering CCP Drones bill, since the bill only bans their use on US communications infrastructure (internet/cellular)?

This is a proposed ban for usage by government organizations and any commercial pilot from using a DJI drone on things like tower inspections and other infrastructures. The US extremist politicians think DJI is basically using your DJI drones to spy on things like this even though no one has ever been able to show any evidence. This has nothing to do with cell tower usage. This will not effect your ability to use the DJI or DL app regardless if this is passed and goes into effect. If you’re more curious about this you can read the entire proposed law in that websites links. Enjoy.
