Drone camera does not tilt when following

I tried Follow for the first time on my DJI Air 2S, and the camera looks straight ahead and does not tilt down to track me. I also could not adjust it manually when in Follow mode. Kind of makes Follow mode useless. Is this a bug or they just never implemented camera tilt?

Sounds like you aren't on the latest firmware:

I'm on 02.04.2500, which is even newer than the one that post says is required.

If you turn on the Heading & Gimbal Attitude in the flight dashboard settings, does it read out a gimbal pitch on the UI?
