App disconnect once I plug in M300 Transmitter
I flew all day yesterday (5/28/2023) and this morning (5/29/2023). Suddenly, the app started crashing. I would connect the USB to USBC cable from the transmitter to the IPad and the app would crash.
I checked FW on IPad, DL app, aircraft and transmitter. Nothing changed, all to the latest FW.
I have two IPads, two transmitters and three USB to USBC cables. I tried everything. App crashes accross the board.

I believe we are already working over email with you.
Jim you should make the resolution public. I am looking to solve the same problem
Agree, we always prefer that customers post publicly, but in this case Andy wanted to take it offline. TLDR: DJI has abandoned iOS support going forward, and there is an unknown issue with attempting to connect to the M300 using the legacy version of the DJI SDK on iOS (MSDKv4). You might consider installing the Dronelink DJI app (based on MSDKv5) directly on the android based controller for the M300. We have not tested this combination but the MSDKv5 release notes say support was added for this aircraft.
It was a bit strange looking on screen when flying but it was working. After landing and restarting. It all fell apart.
Will try to load on the smart controller... no work getting done
Where can I find the software? To upload on the controller with instructions??
https://www.dronelink.com/download
Not sure how to proceed. I have the enterprise controller - that only shows the IOS install..
As far as we are aware, MSDKv5 only supports the RC Plus (DJI basically forcing people to upgrade). You can try installing the APK that downloads when you select the RC Plus but I doubt it will work. It is quite a mess they have created unfortunately.
I have the same bug, but everything was fine yesterday and suddenly it crashes every time i connect the USB from remote to iPad now.
M300 with "Smart Controller Enterprise DJI M300 RTK" connected via USB to lightening to iPad (tried multiple) running latest Dronelink app.
How can I fix this? How can I use your references to DJI SDK because I don't think I'm interfacing it directly? Is there a way to roll back the firmware on the remote control or something?
Also I read the a firmware update to M300 enables support for "DJI RC Plus smart controller" and there's a Dronelink android download available for that controller, so if I had that I can use Dronelink without an iPad? Thank youÂ
DJI says it works on the RC Plus but we have not tested it with the M300. We have tested it with the M30 and that does work.
Justin - give us an update on whether that works or not. Just don't have time in the field to R&D it.
Thanks Jim and Jeffrey for replying fast. Unfortunately I don't have the RC plus remote and the cost is high so I'm on the fence. Can anyone reading this who has one please confirm if Dronelink runs on it for M300?
