Camera Movement Control

Is there a way to take more control of the camera for manual tracking of fast moving subjects? Obviously you can use the flight and camera controls and just get good but was interested if there was a solution where you can get more control over pan-tilt-zoom. I'm not sure if this type of software exists or if DL does it.

I have a mini 3 pro and mavic 3e if it matters.
