Drone Link Not Working on Pro Receiver

Went to the link on my Pro Receiver using Firefox, download the app - was able to log in and launch the app but it is really glitchy and keeps crashing. doesn't work - keeps connecting and disconnecting.. Any solution for the newest DJI RC Pro

Can side load it on to the DJI RC Pro but all other versions require Google Play and those don't work.. either way it's the same experience.

It sounds like you didn't stop DJI Pilot:

Thanks - worked perfect.......Appreciate it.. Stopping doesn't work - AKA (Force Quit) 
Have to select (disable).. Thanks a bunch super helpful solution. Ws able to capture 
some 3D Mapping..
