It will work, but being a 5 year-old device, it will probably not be a great experience. Consider using something more modern (with a CPU released in the last 2-3 years).
Thanks however I see my S21 will not work at all....
You can download Dronelink for free and connect to your drone and view the flight dashboard without paying if you want to test.

I use an S9 without issue apart from being a bit laggy at times.
Honestly, it will probably be a pretty bad user experience with a device that old.
I had an S8+ when I first started using Dronelink, and it was fine.
