What device/version did your screenshots come from?
I can see those options on my chrome browser on my laptop, but I do not see them on my iPhone 14 Pro Max with the latest app installed this week.

This was in a browser, but you should see the same options in the mission planner in the mobile app, which is just an embedded browser.

Those are the mission plan settings. To access the Orbit settings, tap the green icon or expand the component list with the down arrow.
