Mavic 3E Airdata Logs Show No Data

Marc Sandlhauser

Hello, I've set up airdata.com integration with DL using my token, started up DL on my RC Pro Enterprise to let the logs upload.

I didn't get a notification that anything happened, but I let it sit for 5 minutes or so. On Airdata, I see the logs, but they contain no data. Time is 0:00 battery power is 0%, etc.

I checked the Mavic 3E support page and do not see a limitation.

I'm assuming there's nothing further I need to do except put the token in the integration section of the web app. Please let me know if I've missed something. Thanks!

    If Airdata is not able to parse the logs you need to contact Airdata for support.

    Hey Jim, so sorry I forgot to respond. Here's what I got back from Airdata:

    ============================

    Hi Marc,

    Thank you for following up with this information, as well as your Dronelink logs.

    I raised this issue with the engineering team.
    They informed me that the lack of telemetry data from the Dronelink beta is due to changes in the latest DJI MSDK.
    We have reached out to DJI to resolve this issue.

    I will update with any developments in implementing a fix.
    Thank you. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    ============================

    Hopefully I'll hear something soon.

    Airdata says they now support MSDKv5 logs and will go back and reprocess failed log imports from before automatically.
