Are .apk releases on the same schedule as iOS?

Marc Sandlhauser

Hello, just checked the release notes spreadsheet and the last update was 3/4 (v4.4.2); but a new version of iOS was released on 4/20. (still 4.4.2); .apk for DJI RC Pro Enterprise is 4.5.

Can these version numbers be documented so that we know if there's a new version (especially for RC/RC Pro E controllers, since we wouldn't get any type of notification?

Is it possible to put the version number on the .apk so we know if we have the newest version?

Thanks!

We always release the APKs at the same time as the App Store versions. The app has a notification banner that tells you when a new version is available (regardless of where you install it from), and the version can be seen at the bottom of the main menu (click the 3 lines in the top left). As for updating the release notes spreadsheet, we will get around to it eventually :)

As always, thanks for your fast response, Jim.

I've gotten back to Dronelink (as it now handles 3/4 of my workflow in ONE app! 😄) just this month. Didn't know there was a banner.

I'll make it a habit to update RC Pro Enterprise whenever I see a new rev in the iOS app store.

    Thank you sir!
