App Map
Hello everyone, is there a way to change the default map used in the App between mapbox and here?
As you know sometimes one is better than the other, so if I design the mission with the Here maps and put in the mission start point so we can georectify the map before starting, this defaults to Mapbox in the app therefore the georectify point is completely changed.
I can't seem to find an option in the app to change the app map to Here...
Is it an option and im just blind, or is this not an option at this point?

In the Web app just click on the three settings dots in the lower right area.
Thanks Mike, that changes it while planning and designing the missions, which ive been doing but when you go to fly the mission, the app defaults back to the Mapbox maps, even though the mission was planned in the Here maps...
Ok. Then I know of no way to switch the Native app. If it needs to be more accurate on-site then you can use Georectify or drone offsets. Whether you set up a plan up with Mapbox or Here the coordinates in the Web app they should indicate the same though. You can look at them to check but it doesn’t change them. As far as I know it’s just a view with a different map. Maybe I’m missing something though. Here are a couple links if this is what your asking about. Yeah that's my understanding between the maps as well, and thats why we use the drone offsets to georectify the flight before the missions (or continuing the mission after a battery change). The issue is that we try to find somewhere on the map thats small enough to be precise to georectify, and at the same time locatable on the maps. The mapbox maps in some instances are of such low resolution that this is difficult to do. Being able to have the native app map that you fly with on the mission the same as the map that you use to plan the mission would be a great help for those of us in areas where the mapbox maps are poor (which I believe is the vast majority of users).
