Is this phone adequate for latest DL?
Still going back & forth as to what device to use for DL going forward. Currently using a Galaxy Note 9 with the specs below. Contemplating whether a tablet would be the way to go but in general I prefer Android over Apple. Would like some input from any tablet users here as to what they're using and how they like it.

5 years old is old. Anything in the last 2-3 years is the typical recommendation.
