How to select a different mission version on the app

Keith Logan

Hi

I have created a mission via a browser. I've now created 3 versions in total for testing, how can I select these on the app?

Thank you

You can only ever fly the latest version. You need to save a copy and then rollback.

Ok thanks. It would be really useful if it was possible to select different versions directly from the app

I suppose but not sure how useful it is from an editing workflow standpoint. There is no way to edit multiple versions in the web app at the same time, so it still seems like having 3 copies that you can edit and fly is still superior. The versioning was really just meant as a save-your-ass feature if you accidentally made some changes that you don't like and want to roll back.

I agree. I just copy a plan and make any changes I want and name it #2, #3 etc. Slight variations, different Altitudes, AGL or ATL, speed, photos or video etc.

Not sure how to make a copy and then create / save it as a new version?

Just open a mission. Click on the three dots at top right. Then choose copy and save it to whichever Repo you want or create a new Repo. You can make as many copies as you want. Then edit each one with the changes. This way you will have them all in the Native app ready to go. Hope those helps. Enjoy, Mike……..
