I have the mapping package and I want to do the integration in pix4d, and I get this, You do not have permission to perform this action.

You have to have Pix4Dcloud advanced.
Why then tell the mapping package that includes pix4d integration?What does the mapping package include?Not sure what you mean. The mapper plan does integrate with Pix4D (cloud advanced). Integration does not mean it includes a subscription to Pix4D - it means you can upload data captured in Dronelink automatically to your existing Pix4D account.

That is a little misleading when selling your product because I also purchased the mapping package with the interpretation that Pix4d was included.
Pix4D is a service that has a monthly cost so it really makes no sense that we could be a reseller of their product with a one-time payment plan. We are not trying to mislead anyone that an integration means a resold package, but if you were confused by that, feel free to request a refund at support@dronelink.com
When your package indicates Dronelink + Pix4d it does give people an indication that it is included. A general consumer would not know, as you so politely indicated, that it would make no sense to be a reseller of the product. I would recommend specifying that before providing condescending replies to people's questions.
