Any sign of the SDK for Mini 2?
I so want to upgrade my mini1 to the Mini 2 but don't want to lose Dronelink. I have read some speculation that DJI won't release an SDK for the Mini 2. Any inside info Jim ?

Asked a million times and the answer is always the same :(
If it helps, I did the math on how long it took DJI to release the SDK for the Mini1. If they take the same time for the mini 2 (and it seems unlikely given the fun of 2020) it would be a late july. However there isn't a published schedule or anything, and it's take that as a minimum.
I'm not that technical so forgive me if this is a dumb question but as the min2 is just an enhanced mini 1 will a min 2 fly with the mini 1 SDK but without the enhanced features like 4k and zoom? I'm guessing the fly in the ointment will be the change from wifi to occusync.
Hi David. No, the Native app won’t recognize the M2 and connect. Need to wait and see if and when DJI will create and release the SDK. Until then the only the drones which have had the SDK released will work. This includes the new A2S. It would be nice if DJI built and released the SDK for each new drone soon after. Unfortunately we are stuck waiting for months for DJI to do it. Definitely a bummer but that’s life.

Last time I heard anything re the SDK for the Mini 2 the feedback was that it would be released in Sept '21.
Sadly, September has come and gone along with half of October.
This week we are hearing rumours of the release of the Mini 3 in Nov'21 (or later!).
Is there anything on the horizon to give us hope?
