Gimbal Orientation Failed

EOC JSH

Hello. Since I bought the Dronelink app I have been having problems with the missions, both with Android and with iPad. I create a Map component, all correct. I see it in the preview and everything works fine, but when I go to execute the plan in place, the drone starts the mission, it goes to the first point but stops at that point. The following error message appears on the screen: "Gimbal Orientation Failed". What is happening? The same thing always happens. I haven't been able to fly any missions yet. Please help.

My drone is a DJI Spark.

Thanks!.
Javier

The spark can't rotate to -90, the max is -85.

Ah, ok. In all components or in Map only?

Are there more things Spark users should know?

    Thanks!

Hi new to Dronelink and having the same problem with my Spark, very frustrating!
I changed the pitch to -85 and still the same mission fail message :(
Any other settings I need to adjust?
    Thanks

What happens if you try -84.5?

Success!! -84 works! and note that Dronelink didn't recognize the 0.5
