sharing my repository
I am wondering how to help a guy on the DJI forum. He recently purchased dronelink because of me sharing a video of a dronelink mission on the dji mavic air 2 forum site. Since he purchased Dronelink, all his missions have aborted. He claimes his drone will not hold to the path he created and gets too far off track and aborts. I have not experienced anything like that in my missions. I am trying to help him along. I want to share my missions with him and told him I would PM him my public repository. Can't seem to do it. I do a search for my repo and it takes me to manchester england. How do I get him pointed to my repo. It is called Bill's MA2.
Thanks.

Hi Bill. Open whichever plan you want to share. Click in the three dots upper right corner and a list will pop up. Then click share and select share as viewer and either email or send a direct link which can be copied and pasted into messenger. Once he gets it he can click the link and open it up. It will have a pop up message saying it’s a shared plan and they click understand. Once done they can even copy it into one of their own Repos and have it saved as his own plan. At that point he can go through it and check all your settings and see where he may have a problem. They can even change anything and use if wanted. It will basically be a shared plan of yours but will not change anything in yours. It’s a plan which he can do whatever he wants from there.
Hope this is what you were asking about. Good luck.
Mike.......
If you want to send him a link to a public repository, just copy the url in the address bar.
Thanks Mike and Jim,
Why doesn't it show up when you go to search public repositories, and search for the name of the repository that you made "public"? Seems bush league to copy and paste a URL.
We don't currently have a text search field on the public repositories page.
Call it bush league if you want, but the reality is we have a product roadmap a mile long, so things that have a simple existing solution rarely make it to the top of the list.
Thanks again Jim,
I didn't mean to be offensive, I am enjoying Dronelink very much. It's a great product! I get where you are coming from on the priority of issues, just frustrating sometimes when you're trying to help someone out, and the obvious evades you. Keep up the wonderful work.
