Automatic Capture
I'm not sure I quite understand programming pictures and video in plans.
I created lists with settings for still and video. I add them to the plan. I have images set to take a picture every 5 seconds. Unless I turn on automatic capture, generally the preview shows no pictures taken.
Do you have to turn on the auto capture every time or is there a way to have it in my lists?
Any other suggestions appreciated. Still learning.

You generally do not want to mix automatic capture with specific start capture commands - you either use one or the other. When you add automatic capture to any component, the system automatically puts a start capture and a stop capture at the start and finish of that component (behind the scenes). If you want to capture across multiple components, you either need to use your own start/stop capture commands, or put all the components in a list and put automatic capture on the list.
Thanks for the response. When I created the plan, it showed no images being taken in the estimate. I had loaded the camera command list and in that list had it set to interval and taking images every 5 seconds. So, added the automatic capture and it showed images being taken.
I'm going to the land this morning to fly and have removed the auto capture. Will be interesting to see what it does.
