HS slows to 10mph when continuing mission

When I do any mission on a basic plan like destination or anything on my mapper plan, if at any time the mission is interrupted and paused (ex like brief signal loss) and then I continue and the mission resumes, the drone speed only gets up to 10mph no matter what the plan is set for. How do I continue with the preset speed I set the mission to without restarting
