Upgraded from Premium to Elite
I have upgraded to the Elite Hobiest plan and when logging in to Drone link do not see any changes or extra features - what am I missing? Also I understand Elite gets email support but I keep getting the no email support message.
Please can someone provide any links to the usage and benefits of elite - I am keen to get going and tired of floundering around in the dark.

I checked your support ticket history and you were only told that your account did not include email support once (when you still had a premium plan).
Thanks Jim, I had been to the features list, I was expecting to see some additional features when logged in to my Elite account. Are there any tutorials on YouTube that demonstrate and assist in learning the additional features, I am quite sure Dronelink will be of immense help once I master it, I just find it quite difficult to learn.
All of the features are always shown in the interface, you will just get an upgrade prompt if you try to access one of the features that is not available in your current plan.
Many of the features that are listed on the pricing comparison page are clickable links, which takes you to the best documentation we have at this time for that particular feature.
Hi. I paid the basic hobbyst version, and I realized I needed the elite version. I paid the extra 75 USD (the charge was already made to my credit card), and when I log in I still get the"basic" profile, not the version that I paid for (elite). Please help.
