Problem scrolling the help in the function window

Hi Jim,
thank you for implementing the help in the function window. For example, I discovered the possibility of using common.js and mapoverlays.js.

But you have to take a look at the help scroll bar on the right.
With my PC I can't scroll down to see the last line of the explanation. Nothing special, simple to fix ..
