Programming a mission with both vertical and horizontal movement
Hello,
I have a requirement to fly a drone that has both a horizontal component as well as a vertical component. For instance, I would like to program a horizontal movement of (say) 2 meter/sec along with a sinusoidal vertical component of plus/minus 1 meter with a period of 1 cycle/sec.
I'm trying to emulate the movement of an emergency locater beacon which has been placed in a body of water. Being able to reliably execute a pre-programmed mission allows for testing and calibration of the satellite tracking systems.
Does Dronelink have any software that and support this type of mission? If not, any thoughts as to who might be able to provide this software?

You could probably accomplish this with a Path + Markers at regular intervals that modify the altitude.
