On the fly function Path

kelvin kennedy

When I select On the fly functions/Path, The word "MARK" in the grey box is covering up the instructions. Also, I cant seem to select any new locations on the map to place a marker. If I press Mark it puts a marker on my current location and displays that information about that marker on top of the instructions making it completely illegible.

142 seems to have fixed the jumbled letters and the "mark" button covering the instructions but now the instruction box covers the button needed to toggle the map. I see now that Paths won't get me what I want to be able to manually change coordinates. (not drag icon on screen)

Hi Kelvin. Just in case you are a little confused, on the fly function is only to mark a path or map limits using the actual drone position (flying to visually set each position and altitude), not for drawing a path like in the web browser. BTW, while flying you can use the MA2's "fn" button to mark each point on the fly.

Was the first screenshot on 142?

No, first was on 141 with the jumbled up letter. That seems to be fixed on 142, the second picture, but now it (the transparent black box) covers the map toggle button.

How about if the function window could be moved around the screen and maybe, with the option to enlarge it?
Among the possibilities of the functions is that of using images instead of the explanation but with such a small space, they are seen very small.

Generally, when using the function, you could have the function command window big to follow the steps and switch between map, to see the position and camera screen, to see where you are in reality.

You can submit it as a feature request but we probably aren't going to do it any time soon. The solution for now is: use a tablet.
