Hi Allen, welcome here!
Check out the whole "dronelink 101" series on youtube.
You will learn the thousand features of this software.
You use any web browser to create missions first on Dronelink’s page. The Native App is for running the missions.
Just start the Native App and go to the three little lines in top corner of app. Then click on Web App. Sounds like you are very new to this mission app. If so I’d spend a good amount of time to learn all the basics. There is a bit of a learning curve and it will take time. YouTube has a ton of videos explaining the basics and continues up to more advanced and detailed usage. Good luck. Mike......

One important additional comment.
Yes, create your missions in a big-screen web browser so you can really plot what you're about to fly. Then use the simulator to test out the flight.
THEN....on the app (phone or tablet), while still at home, open up the flight plan and "download for offline use"....I found that as soon as my tablet stepped away from WiFi, I had no plans out in the open field!
Thanks all for advises.
Good advice Doug. I started downloading my missions just before my flights too. My iPad Mini 5 is WiFi only so whetter I’m at home or away, I always download prior to mission flights. If I’m away I use Hot Spot from my iPhone to fully download the map, my location, etc, and DL mission. Works great and should be a normal procedure for any mission flown. Just makes sense to me.
Happy Flights, Mike....
