Successful With Android 141 Build
Yesterday I flew 4 missions successfully on my MA2 with Android Build 141.
(These missions all had been flown previously with my MP2 on an IOS production build of Dronelink.)
Three of the missions were short 1-2 minute flights and intended to do specific tasks: path with waypoints & POIs, destination with simulated/drone camera controlled panorama, and an orbit.
The 4th mission was a variation and combo of all 3 styles that ran nearly 6 minutes that included switching between video and photo and back to video, switching resolutions and frame rates in the process.
Other than some inadvertent "camera captures" which I am chasing down, all went smoothly.
Confidence is building!

Hi David,
I'm currently using an iPhone 8 as my controller screen but want to switch to an outdoor dedicated device using Android rather than iOS. What device are you currently using?

Werner:
I am using a year old Samsung Galaxy S20+ with a 6.7" screen size. It is plenty powerful enough for Dronelink and I have not had any connectivity or crash issues with the RC & MA2 or MP2. The S20 (or newer S21) Ultra models might be nice with the slightly extra screen real estate if price is not a big issue.
Good luck!
Thanks David, appreciate the response.
