POI Focus on Rectangular Flight Path

I want to fly a Mavic Mini in a rectangular flight path (not a traditional orbit) around the perimeter of a property, but keep the camera pointed towards a central POI (e.g. a house) throughout the flight and maintain a specific gimbal angle and flight speed.

Is there a repository anywhere set up for this kind of mission? Or else how would I go about constructing the Components for a mission like this?
