Can you provide some more information such as the drone firmware version, Dronelink build number, operating system / version, or screen recordings?
If you put camera commands into your mission plan to set these settings does it work? If you change the settings first in DJI GO / Fly, does the app reflect the changes?
By the way, if you are using Dronelink for business, you need to be on a business account.
