”Unable to Take Control”
I start executing a new plan on my remote controller (Android), +- 2 seconds later I receive an error message ”Unable to Take Control”
Native app version 2.0.0 Kernel 2.0.1
Mavic 2 Pro
I have 3 different new plans, all have the same error.
Is het possible to test new plans at home, this is an absolute “must to have”, I have to drive +- one hour to the flight area to be able to test this new plan.
If there is an error in a plan why not give an error code so you will be able to explain the reason.
There are no restrictions to fly in this area, I can fly j with DGIGO4 without any problem.
Thank you for your help

There are many possible reasons for this error. You can always create a copy of your plan and position it near your house to test it before you go on site. Having said that, if the reason you are seeing this error is location specific, that will not help.
To test the problem plan, I used the same mission plan in the area of my home.
The mission plan started without any problem.
Just some comments: the problem flight is executed in the area of Chateau La Hulpe in Belgium
The coordinates of the castle in La Hulpe 50.733745 4.460341 there are no flight restrictions.
My home is located in a CTR area, flights are not allowed, but I never had problems in the past, even no problems with Dronelink, DJIGO4 or Litchi.
How to proceed now? I really want to solve this problem? What is the cause of this problem?
I tested in la HULPE 3 times, each time 1 hour travel time, I need a solution.
I saw the also a Mavic 2 Pro locally, flying with DJIGO4 around the Castle, no doubt this is a Dronelink problem.

Please can you help me to solve the problem thank you in advance.
Can you dictate a test plan to help you to find the reason of this, it will also help Dronelink in the future, there is a bug somewhere.
Can it help making a Litchi version as a test to help you finding the problem?
Thank you in advance

The only solutions we are aware of are already listed in the article I sent before. If the mission plan works at your home location with the same drone and the same mobile device, then the only explanation is that the drone is in or near a no fly zone at the chateau location. I realize you said it is not in an NFZ there, but it is possible to see this error even when it is near an NFZ (not directly in it). If this is true then you must unlock the NFZ in DJI first. If there is no nearby NFZ then it has to be one of the other issues listed in the article.
Finally the Drone performed well.
I first started DGIGO4 it flew successfully, no problem.
After +- 1 minute I started a Dronelink and loaded a Mission, no problem at all.
The reason of the problem: I started always Dronelink immediately

Glad to hear you got it working. You definitely cannot have DJI GO running in the background.
