Upgrade Cost

Hi 

I upgraded from Basic to Premium accounts. The upgrade notes mention that the cost to upgrade between plans that require a one-time payment is the price difference between the two plans. For example, upgrading from Basic ($20) to Premium ($40) costs $20.

I fact the upgrade cost me $40 (so I have now paid $60) and I now have two accounts (Basic and Premium). I don't use the Basic account so could support provide me with a $20 refund and remove the Basic account.
