Smoothness Virtual Stick Mission vs. Onboard (DJI Waypoints) Mission

Hello everyone, can someone tell me that? If I fly an onboard waypoints mission or orbit with a DJI Mini 2 or an Air 2s etc., are the movements visibly smoother than with a standard (Virtual Stick) mission? Since jerky so especially in the orbit quite strong.
Does anyone know of a comparison video where you can see the difference?

    These drones do not support onboard waypoints.

    Since jerky so especially in the orbit quite strong
