How do I speed up my drone to the starting point and to or from the resume point?

Change the motion limits speed at the Mission level.
Components have their own speed settings which can override the default, but the default is set at the mission level. Click on the three dots next to the mission name, select settings and make the change. It will fly to the start point at that speed.
