Mavic 3e

Michael Porritt

Hello everyone.

Like a lot of pilots, im looking at potentially upgrading my Phantom 4 Pro2 to the new Mavic 3E for mapping missions.

I notice that the enterprise versions of the DJI drones require the Growth plan, however my question is this - We currently use the Mapper plan due to the unlimited amount of minutes (our mapping missions use a lot of time each month), and the starter plan for orbits and other video missions... Do the plans now not come with number of minutes anymore?

I see the mapper plan has been discontinued, so would we need to upgrade to growth to use the Mavic 3E, and just use this plan for all our flights (including mapping, orbits, facades etc?). We really need the unlimited time as we map a lot of large structures each month, which takes a lot of flight time.

Cheers,

Michael

That is correct - the latest professional plans now allow unlimited minutes.

    Yes.

    Thanks for the clarification Jim.

We have a lot of plans and missions in our mapper account from the past 2 years, is there a way to transfer these to our commercial plan at all? I would hate to loose these missions as they have been refined over time for each site we map to take into consideration specific tree height, power poles telco towers etc...

    Cheers,

Can you export them as a KML file?

Email support@dronelink.com once you sign up for the Growth account and we can merge the accounts.
