Mission Stops When Gimbal Pitch Command is Positive, EVO 2 Pro

I'm trying to create a simple Pano routine that commands Gimbal Pitch then executes rotation commands and photos at each rotational position; it can be run on demand (like a mini On The Fly). The EVO 2 is capable of 30° Up Gimbal Pitch; I can command 30° up on the RC. It seems that a positive (up) Gimbal Pitch command in a DL mission plan causes the mission to fail.

I noted that 30° up is indicated as -30° on the RC display and 90° down is indicated as +90° on the RC display. Opposite of how it is in Mission Plan/Preview. Don't know if that is relevant.

When the Gimbal Pitch command is 0° or negative the mission completes successfully:

When the Gimbal pitch command is positive the mission stops with the errors attached:

The failure message from the flight history is:

"Gimbal Orientation Failed: • Please try again by tapping the play button. • If it happens a second time, try restarting the drone. • If it keeps happening, you may need to reorder/remove this component or make it not required. Gimbal Orientation | Pitch 20° | 云台 Pitch 轴限位范围是 (translated: Axis limit range) ([0.000000, 90.000000](°)"
