Why i cant use my phantom 4 pro v2 with my already buyed "mapper" license? I bought because it was compatible with it and now i get a "dji activation not supported" message

Is this a new drone? It sounds like you need to go through the activation process in DJI Go4 before using it in Dronelink.
The DJI SDK requires a network connection to activate itself when Dronelink first runs.
