Floating Window needed for Preview and Timeline frames
I have 4 desktop monitors. Other users have multiple monitors. A basic function in almost all modern applications is to have floating windows for any frames that open up, so they can be moved / dragged to other areas of the screen or to other monitors. Please allow the positions and sizes of the "Mission Preview," Camera View," Map View" and "Mission Timeline" windows to be presented in "Floating Windows". It is debilitating being able to see only one or two lines of the timeline and it would also be good to be able to collapse or expand all of the components. The current "One Screen fits all" approach is way too crowded. Lets make it better.

Something to consider that gets you part/most of the way there.
You can open the same mission in multiple tabs and then drag each tab to it's own window. That means you can have the mission in edit mode on one screen, preview in another showing the big screen, and another window showing the timelines. If that worked for you the only thing you would need would be the option to make the timelines take up more then just the bottom 3rd of the page.
Sometimes I'll have the same mission open on the pc and laptop at the same time and my pc runs a 34 inch ultra wide, with a 27 inch 1440P monitor as the secondary😂😂😂😂
Yes thanks... those are base work-arounds for missing functionality. I would hope DL comes up with a more elegant approach. Its a few lines of code perhaps. Can we nudge them again?
😂
For you Jim.... anything is possible !!! Go Jim ! (I've seen you work your magic!).
