Checkpoints
Is there a way if I add the checkpoint command, fly the drone to that location, and mark it, it will update that point for the center of orbits that are to be conducted after that command?

Not exactly sure what you mean, but the answer is likely no. We have spent a significant amount of time and resources developing Scanlink (our custom solution for cell towers) and from what I gather across all of your posts, it will probably solve most of your problems.
How can we purchase Scanlink? Can you add a link to the documentation?
