Drone Offsets / Mission Alignment (Georectification)

I want to set up a mission on the web that has multiple steps, but they all orbit around the same center point. If I enable offset set to yes, when I get to the project location and geolocate the center, will all of the following obits, spirals, pano, and photo pins absorb the new georectified center point, and I can just click go?
