new account and password reset is not working

I setup an account yesterday and forgot the password.  I have requested a password reset but each email that is sent to me the link goes to dronelink and does not allow a new password reset.  It states the following when I follow the link:

 

Try verifying your email again

Your request to verify your email has expired or the link has already been used

 

I have attempted to resend several times with the same results.
