Update problems
Does anybody use dronelink? If so, have you had any problems with the update? I had 2 problems. 1. The pattern map stays black. 2. On mission start up I get this warning: "dji_check_air_encoder_error_reason" ; "dji_check_air_encoder_restart_solution". I tried restarting my drone, controller, and iPad. I still got the warning. I used and different drone and controller and got the same warning.

A couple suggestions. Try deleting the app and reinstalling it. If using an Android device make sure you granted all permissions. Generally when the camera feed isn’t displaying it may be do to missing one of the permissions. Another possibility is you need to have connection to either cellular or Wi-Fi for map to load. If the DJI app is not displaying any errors then you can hide permanently those status messages which are usually false. I Believe you will need to be using Modern Dashboard to do this. Maybe some of this will help. Good luck.

2) Often times this is an false error from the DJI SDK, which is why we added the option to “Hide Permentantly” on status messages. If you open the DJI app and don’t see the error, you can feel safe to do this.
