Mission Planning Starting with a Waypoints Mission

Create a mission plan starting from a waypoints mission template, and fly it using the mobile app.

Watch this video on how to get started with a waypoint mission template, preview the mission in 3D, and fly it.

 

 

Step 1 - Navigate your Account at app.dronelink.com, Login, and select Create

Step 2 - Select the Waypoints Mission Template

Step 3 - Select a Location to Place the Template

Step 4 - Basic Mission Editing

In the video we make a few minor changes to the plan. Move it to a new location, add a waypoint, move the point of interest, and add an altitude change.

Step 5 - Name the Plan

Step 6 - View Mission Preview and Mission Estimate

Open the mission preview to visualize the flight before execution.

Select the Start and Pause button to watch the flight

Select Mission Estimate to see flight time, data capture, and other flight information.
